Demi Lovato has been spending the best part of 2012 judging up-and-coming singers, but last night she was seen proving her credentials in front of Barack and Michelle Obama.
The star covered Mariah Carey's 'All I Want For Christmas Is You' for the Christmas In Washington event, and sang backed by a choir.
Michelle grinned throughout the performance, and the audience certainly seemed to enjoy it too.
Watch it below:
Demi is currently working on her fourth LP, the follow-up to 2011 smash hit Unbroken.
2012 has also seen her score her first ever US No1 single - 'Give Your Heart A Break' finally ascended to the top of the Billboard Pop Songs list in September after a whole year on sale.
She went down well as a judge on Simon Cowell's talent show, but her highest-placed contestant could only place 6th in the Live Shows.
Would you like to see her back for another year?
