Lindsay Lohan has sent a belated "thank you" card and flowers to Charlie Sheen's house for a $100,000 cheque he gave her according to TMZ, just days after he told her off for being ungrateful.
Charlie Sheen did an interview with Perez Hilton this week where he blasted LiLo's manners, claiming the actress never actually thanked him for the money he kindly gave her. Perez Hilton has quoted Sheen on the matter and he does appear to be diplomatic.
“[She’s] a very good and decent young lady that is just going through a lot,” said the Anger Management star. “I'm still waiting for a text to say 'thank you.' Anything, you know?”
A source close to Lindsay stood up for the actress and told TMZ: "LiLo didn't mean to be rude and the reason she never got round to thanking Charlie personally is because her phone broke and she lost all her contacts, including the actor's number."
The source continued: "Lindsay got distracted trying to deal with her slew of legal problems like getting arrested in NYC and the new criminal charges filed against her stemming from her crash, and she simply lost track of time."
But according to TMZ she made up for it following Charlie's comment on Perez Hilton: "LiLo saw Charlie's comments and immediately fired off a "thank you" letter and a bouquet of flowers to his house, as both an apology and show of gratitude."
Lindsay Lohan has been having a hard time following criticism of her role as Elizabeth Taylor in new flick 'Liz & Dick.
