Lindsay Lohan hasn't had the easiest of times recently after a string of run-ins with the police, and a decision is set to be made in court today (December 12) leaving the star 'nervous' and 'stressed', according to sources.
L.Lo could be facing more time in jail, with the latest reports suggesting that prosecutors are preparing to ask a judge for her probation to be revoked, after she pleaded 'no contest' to a charge of jewellery theft last year, according to TMZ.
“Tomorrow is a big day for her and she’s stressed and nervous but she’ll be fine,” a source 'connected to the actress' tells Hollywoodlife.
Adding, “She just has to get through this mess.”
“She feels like everyone is against her and wants to see her do bad but she’s not going to. She hates all the negative attention and wants to deal with this on her own,” the source continues.
Lohan was charged earlier this month on three misdemeanor counts of willingly resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer in the course of their duties, as well as allegedly providing false information to an officer; as well as a count of reckless driving.
And that's not all! The 'Mean Girls' star was also arrested in NYC after she allegedly punched a woman at a club in Manhattan, a charge which she denies.
But, it seems like the star may not be attending today's court case herself, with reports suggesting that she may skip it so that she can continue her 'groupie ways' and fly to London and Dubai to watch the rest of Max George and the rest of The Wanted's sets.
It has been reported that LiLo's attorney Shawn Holley will be appearing on her behalf at her hearing this Wednesday so that the 'Liz And Dick' actress can continue to trail The Wanted on their tour across the globe.
Lindsay has already seen the band in New York, Philadelphia and Boston, but, as rumours of her romantic involvement with Max George continue to escalate, it seems as if the actress is gearing up to follow them to Great Britain and Dubai too!
Has Lindsay taken her boyband loving ways too far?
