Speculation continues to surround Gabriel Aubry, Olivier Martinez and Halle Berry after the Thanksgiving Day brawl, with the latest reports now stating that detectives 'have found Gabriel to be behind the brawl', but they also add that 'Halle and Olivier will not press charges'.
According to TMZ, law enforcement sources have said that detectives are now clear on what they believe to have happened, with Gabriel committing two batteries on Olivier before he attempted to defend himself.
The website first said that Gabriel deposited Nahla at Halle Berry's house, before Olivier walked out and said, "We have to talk."
According to the publication, after interviewing the principles and witnesses, detectives have now concluded that Gabriel then continued to push Olivier before swinging at his face, making contact with his shoulder in the process.
Police then said that Olivier responded in self defence with three quick punches to the face, but their real concern lies with 'Gabriel's ongoing anger issues'.
As one law enforcement source put it: "It seems he's still having a hard time getting over his break up with Halle."
However, despite his 'anger issues', TMZ have learned that Halle and Olivier have both told detectives and prosecutors that they 'don't want' Gabriel to be charged with a crime, because it 'wouldn't be in Nahla's best interests'.
Law enforcement sources tell us the case will be set for an informal hearing at the city attorney's office.
But, it looks like Gabriel will 'agree to take anger management classes', even though there is a possibility that the hearing officer could decide to drop the entire matter.
Stay tuned for further updates.
