When Kerry Katona made her exit from Atomic Kitten way back in 2001, Jenny Frost stepped in and the pop trio suddenly became one of the nation's leading pop groups, securing three number 1 singles and two number 1 albums.
Her media profile has not suffered, and she is probably the most recognisable member of the band thanks to her string of reality TV deals and her dramatic tabloid-baiting personal life.
However, speaking to The Mirror, Kerry revealed that the reason she left Atomic Kitten in the first place was remarkably because she did NOT want to be famous.
On the band, she said: "I went out with them earlier in the year, but then we did a shoot yesterday... it's all really exciting.
"A lot of people forget that's where I started. I left because I didn't want to be famous. I wanted to be a mother and a wife, I couldn't handle fame, I had a breakdown. I was young and naive."
Kerry bagged her first reality deal in 2004 when she won I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!. In 2005 she landed her first solo series My Fair Kerry, before becoming the subject of three MTV series between 2007 and 2009.
She then began another, Kerry Coming Clean, in 2010; before two runs of Kerry Katona: The Next Chapter. She then did Dancing On Ice and Celebrity Big Brother.
Frost is unable to participate in the reunion because of her pregnancy.
