Tulisa Contostavlos has branded Lord Alan Sugar an “ugly hobbit” and a “miserable old man” after the businessman called for Simon Cowell to sack her from the X Factor.
The Apprentice tycoon took to Twitter page this week to express his views on the N-Dubz star and called her credibility as a talent show judge into question.
In the message to Simon Cowell, which has now been deleted, Sir Alan wrote: “Not wishing to be negative. Get back here and do X Factor yourself and chuck Tulisa out. She knows nothing and talks rubbish.”
Tulisa soon caught wind of the TV star’s comments and responded by giving her views on his looks.
She wrote: “u look like an ugly hobbit in ur dp (display picture) lol. Stop tweeting about me & go & find some happiness! It’s embarrassing u miserable old man. (sic)”
And this isn’t the first time the pair have become embroiled in a war of words on Twitter - in August this year Sir Alan claimed Tulisa was talking “nonsense” on the show.
He tweeted: “This Tulisa talks nonsense on X factor, what qualifications does she have to judge singing talent. Please advise where I am missing the point… (sic)
“Can you tell me who the hell this Tulisa bird is on X factor, she’s in the celeb section of the sun and mirror every day. What has she done? (sic)”
Not one to mince her words, Tulisa hit back insisting she was perfectly qualified to be a judge in a music talent show.
She wrote: “@lord_sugar stick to judge on the Apprentice & I’ll stick to what I know MUSIC #itsaNOfromme (sic)”
