The X Factor USA contestant CeCe Frey has vowed to "never stop fighting" after being forced to sing for survival in the competition for the third time.
The star, mentored by Demi Lovato, has now been in the sing-off three times - twice by public vote, and once by Lovato.
This week she was spared following an emotional battle with Britney Spears' teenage hopeful Beatrice Miller.
Writing on Twitter, a defiant Frey said: "Good morning. I feel very blessed to still be in this competition. I'm ready to be a Phoenix out of these ashes next week. See If I won't."
In a post retweeted by Lovato, she later added: "I will NEVER stop fighting. Don't give up on me. If you think I will be broken, you have No Idea who you are dealing with. #CeCeTribe"
She also retweeted a fans' message comparing her relationship with Miller to that of 'Hunger Games' characters Katniss and Prim.
Miller said after her elimination: "Backstage [CeCe] pulled me aside and said, 'You know, you can't let anyone tell you that it's not your time... You decide when it's your time.' If anyone stayed because I left, I'm glad it was CeCe."
Are you backing CeCe to make another triumphant comeback this week?
The X Factor USA continues Wednesdays and Thursdays on FOX, and Thursdays and Fridays on the UK's ITV2.
