Famous songs such as Sinatra’s 'New York, New York', Houston and John’s self –entitled discs and Paul McCartney & Wings' 'Band on the Run' have all made it into the prestigious hall of fame.

The Grammys, which is in its 55th year, will take place in February next year, but preparations for the star studded event are already underway.

According to reports, country singer and teen sweetheart Taylor Swift is set to co-host the Grammy nominations special with US rapper LL Cool J.

LL Cool J, who has hosted the special event since its launch, will be joined by Taylor for the second time. The singer co-hosted the show with him in 2008.
