It’s a sad, sad time for ‘Twilight’ fans as the movies have finally come to an end. There is no more. But, while we might have thought stars including Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner are keen to put the teen franchise behind them, it appears that Taylor is keen to keep the story alive and more importantly, the spotlight on them.
The 20-year-old joked about creating a ‘Twilight’ musical, which has probably been no doubt discussed for real.
In the interview with MTV, Taylor quipped: “How about a musical? That would be fun!” According to the interview, one other ‘Twilight’ star was keen to take this route.
"Jackson [Rathbone] was pro-musical as well . . . That makes three of us," Josh Horowitz said. Taylor then suggested: "What about a reality TV show?,” but he’s not sure how it would work. He laugh: “I haven’t thought about that part yet.”
Stephenie Meyer has hinted that more ‘Twilight’ stories are a possibility, but whatever happens, Taylor has a few words for the person who plays Jacob Black.
"I'll say 'Have fun,' because this character has been unreal to me," he said at the premiere of ‘Breaking Dawn – Part Two’. "Truly, I can't imagine a cooler character to play over the past few years. Have fun with it and enjoy it."
