WATCH: X Factor's District 3 Defend 'Talented' Christopher Maloney & Rylan Clark

Boyband squash claims of diva behaviour

X Factor eliminees District3 have defended Christopher Maloney and Rylan Clark over their controversial spots in the show's Top 6.

The three-piece boyband were knocked out of the show last night (November 11) after a dramatic showdown with fellow male group Union J.

In recent weeks, Maloney and Clark have both been booed whilst their names have been read out.

Speaking to Entertainmentwise today, Dan said: "We think they both deserve to be there.

"Chris and Rylan are two very talented people in different ways. They give it their all every week, they're lovely people, we get along with them so well."

On reports that Chris had been mass-voting for himself backstage, Greg said: "I've never seen that happen. To be honest, it'd be pointless if he did because he's got the whole of Liverpool behind him anyway!"
