Louis Tomlinson has slammed those who continue to believe he is in a gay relationship with Harry Styles, despite their constant denial, as “not real fans”.
The 1D hunk has hit out at those who label the couple “Larry Stylinson” and even write fan fiction dedicated to their supposed relationship. In the past Louis admitted he gets annoyed by the claims, branding them “b*******” in an interview with Alan Carr, but now he has gone even furuther and slammed those who believe the claims as “not real fans”.
Talking to Now magazine he claimed: “A lot of them are so wrapped up in the conspiracy.
“Let me tell you now, they'll find a way to put some twist on this interview.”
Adding that true fans wouldn't believe the “conspiracies”: “The truth is, these people aren't our real fans.
“That's the way I like to look at it.”
The 20-year-old especially gets annoyed because of his long term relationship with Manchester University student Eleanor Calder and believes it's “crazy” that he has to even defend that their romance is real.
He explained: “I think it's pretty obvious when you see me and Eleanor together that it's real.
“Think of the amount of time I spend with her. It's crazy that I even have to say it's genuine.”
Previously Louis has admitted the rumours are upsetting for Eleanor, saying in an interview with Alan Carr, "I just think it's really degrading towards her."
