Having exposed more than she was meant to during her X Factor USA debut on Wednesday night, Khloe Kardashian decided to play it safe on last night's results show. However that didn't stop the reality TV star from being sexy!
The star, whose sheer purple blouse on Wednesday night exposed her nipple, opted for a blue leather dress and heels as the first live results show took place. The star also decided to try a different hairstyle, clipping some of her hair back and letting the rest fall around her shoulders.

Making a reference to her nip slip on Twitter ahead of the show last night, Khloe tweeted to head judge Simon Cowell: "Hey, @SimonCowell, can you make sure the heat is on tonight? If not, my Mom will get you! #xfactor"
Impressed by Khloe's choice of outfit last night, sister Kim tweeted her support, saying:
"Seriously my sister @KhloeKardashian looks so stunning on @XFactorUSA! love her hair,make up, that blue dress, everything!"
With her fashion faux pas behind her, the first live results show saw each of the judges pick one of their acts to leave the show.
Reminiscing about her presenting debut with her co-host Mario Lopez, Khloe tweeted:
"I'm so happy that I have both shows under my belt! The elimination show is a totally different feel. I'm anxious to learn and get great! :)"
