Whilst she didn't say anything on Saturday night when Gary Barlow silenced the audience with his "fag ash breath" comment to his fellow judge Tulisa, X Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger has revealed that she made Gary go and apologise to the 'Young' hitmaker afterwards.
Having attended the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Woman Of The Year Awards last night, Nicole, who looked stunning in a white dress, told Entertainmentwise's Georgie Barrat that whilst she didn't know what Gary's comment meant, she made sure he said sorry to Tulisa.
She said: "I don't know what they were talking about because we don't have that saying in America. I had Tulisa's back and I know Gary apologised", before revealing that she had told the Take That frontman to apologise.
The judge also said that she is hoping this weekend's show will be better than last week's.
"I wasn't impressed with some of the talent last week. It was kind of down week for me as I am only as good as what the contestants come up with every week and last week it was kind of an off week for me and some of the contestants."
We can't wait to see what the finalists have got lined up for this week's X Factor!
