Miley Cyrus may have a few surprises in store for her forthcoming album after being pictured in the studio with controversial Odd Future rapper Tyler, the Creator and producer Pharrell Williams.
The former Disney star is in the process of getting her music career back on track since the bong scandal in 2010, and it appears she may be planning on shocking fans with a new sound.
Pharrell, 38, shared a photo of himself hanging with Miley and Tyler in the studio, while the singer shared her love for the producer, tweeting: "You can't deny what @Pharrell and I have together. #LOVE=MAGIC #bigbrother4life."
Miley, 19, and Pharrell have developed a close bond in recent months since she enlisted Skateboard P to work his magic on the production side of her new album, which she says will hopefully boast a "Motown vibe."
"I worked with Pharrell on a bunch of things, and Pop & Oak, and I've just been writing, mostly, focusing on what I want to say, rather than turning it into a label later and not knowing what my sound is going to be," Miley recently told Rolling Stone magazine.
The 'Party In The U.S.A.' singer, who is currently engaged to Liam Hemsworth, also revealed fans can expect a new single in November. "I'm thinking hopefully November for a single," Miley said.
"It's just whenever we feel we've got that [song] we feel really confident in being the first single. I've got songs right now I feel like could potentially be singles, [but] it's been two years that I haven't said anything, and I want that to be the right thing we say."
We can't wait to hear what Miley has been cooking up with Pharrell and Tyler!
