The mother-of-four has a punishingly busy schedule, which affords her time to care for her family and perform to her fans as often as possible. All that physical activity means she has to keep fighting fit, so her personal trainer has drawn up a strict fitness regime to keep her in shape.
Nicole Winhoffer says the Material Girl is extremely dedicated and that alone is how the star achieves and maintains such great results:
"It's hard work, but make time and put in 110 percent and you will see results," Nicole told Us Weekly.
Fans wanting to see results like Madonna's should pay attention:
"It's not what you are doing but how you are doing it. Sweating is a direct result of performance - it means you are doing it right."
Winhoffer knows what she's talking about - she accompanies Madonna on world tours, trains her back up dancers and is also the creative director for the superstar's Hard Candy Fitness gyms.
So what areas should Madonna fans focus on? Madge's trainer assures us that she and the 'Like A Virgin' singer focus on burning fat, cinching the waist, lifting the derrière and toning the arms and thighs.
