Rihanna, look away now! New reports have emerged that Chris Brown has been spotted on a rather romantic dinner date with ex girlfriend Karreuche Tran, despite the recent speculation around the singer's alleged reunion with former lover Rihanna. Uh-ohhh!
Chris and Karreuche were apparently spotted on a dinner date at Wokcano restaurant yesterday (October 26), according to Hollywoodlife. Could this be a plan to win Chris back from Rihanna?
Karreuche was reportedly 'devastated' following the split, according to TMZ and that 'she never stopped loving him'. She's also 'used to a certain level of celebrity'.
The source also adds that she's 'afraid of having to go back to being basic', so isn't bothered about being 'Chris' second choice', even if he IS hooking up with Rihanna. Oh dear!
A source close to the couple tells HollywoodLife, “[Rihanna] still sees Chris late nights, she has a rented house in LA and he has got his pad as well, so they are always meeting each other late night!”
Adding, “That’s what they go through just to see each other – – they have to connect in the middle of the night because both of them are so damn busy. It’s just that’s kind of the only time they have a few hours to themselves and they end up spending it with each other. That’s some crazy love right there.”
Chris reportedly left Elton John's party last week to be by the Bajan star's side at her recording studio.
According to the site, Chris rolled up to Elton's partner David Furnish's 50th birthday party, but didn't stay long and dipped out a little early to see Rihanna.
“Chris came David’s party and looked amazing,” the insider says.
“He was by himself and arrived alone. Chris was mingling with Elton and some of the other music industry folks.”
The source also added that despite being surrounded by a hoard of gay men, Chris didn't 'seem phased' at all and soon headed over to the Bajan star's recording studio, apparently entering through the front door.
“Chris was all happy, acting like he was just headed to work or something, but we knew he was visiting Rihanna,” the site reports.
Adding, “We even asked him, ‘Hey, you going to see Rihanna?’ and he just kind of laughed. You kinda get the feeling he likes sneaking around.’”
