Entertainmentwise caught up with the District 3 boys earlier today to talk X Factor, Halloween and perhaps most importantly those Katie Price rumours!
It was recently reported that Katie, who has been spotted at the hotel where the X Factor finalists are staying due to her friendship with Rylan Clark, exchanged a few flirty text messages with Dan Ferrari Lane from the band.
According to the Mirror, one message said: "I must say your (sic) looking good this morning xx.”
Whilst Katie has since denied that her friendship with Dan is anything more than just that, a friendship, what do the band have to say about the rumours?
Entertainmentwise's Georgie Barratt caught up with Dan, Greg and Mickey today (October 26) to have a chat. When we asked Dan directly about the romance rumours, he stumbled over his words before saying "no, no no, we just met and she's a nice girl."
Helpful Greg added "she came to our hotel to see Rylan. Apparently we were beckoned!"
Dan then seemed to find his voice, explaining that the text messages were "friendly, I was trying to get friendly. She's beautiful."
Unluckily for Katie, who split from Leondro Penna this week, Dan insists he's "so focused on the show" at the moment to meet up with her again before cheekilty adding "maybe afterwards!".
We wonder what Katie will have to say about all this especially after her spokesperson posted on her official blog this week that "her contact with the boy band member has been entirely innocent and platonic. It is shame that certain magazines are seeking to make more of it."
