James Bond mania is well and truly underway and it appears that it's reached Strictly Come Dancing star Lisa Riley, who has reached out and admitted that she wants to be the next lucky lady who stars alongside Daniel Craig.
The former soap star, whose moves on the dancefloor have proved to be a hit with the judges and the audience, took to Twitter to ask fellow Strictly star and Daybreak showbiz reporter Richard Arnold to pass her name onto 'Skyfall' director Sam Mendes.
The actress who played Mandy Dingle on the show, tweeted: "Does he want a fat girl who’s light on her feet in his next movie?? ASK HIM!!!”
Whilst Lisa's bubbly personality has been like a breath of fresh air to the show, the star recently admitted in a recent interview with Woman magazine that sometimes her bubbly persona has resulted in failed relationships.
She said: "I’ve had four disastrous relationships, all of which, at the time, I thought were divine love. I’d think they were the one, and then disaster.
"You know I’m quite shy when I fancy someone, I have my guard up. And then once I get comfy, I’m like a never ending Catherine wheel, I never shut up."
"They’re like, 'that’s not the woman I met. But with two of the four there were issues because I’m an actor', she said, before adding:
"I’ve got loads of actress friends who speak from the heart to me exactly the same. Men don’t like women being the breadwinner. It’s a threat to them."
