The alleged long-running feud between Demi Moore and her daughter Rumer Willis is reportedly over after months of estrangement.
The 23-year-old reportedly asked for space for her mother following a difficult few months including the 49 year-old's split from Ashton Kutcher, her collapse and subsequent rehab visit and after months supporting the 'Ghost' star, the 90210 actress was said to be sick of all the “drama”.
But now, thanks to Rumer's boyfriend Jayson Blair the two have set aside their differences.
“Jayson has been telling Rumer for ages that she needed to forgive her mom and move on,” a close friend reportedly told Star magazine, according to RadarOnline. “She finally gave in and made the call.”
“He knew that deep down Rumer really missed her mother and wasn’t going to be happy until they made up,” the source added.
According to the magazine, the pair met up in September where they settled their differences in a tearful reunion.
In July a source told RadarOnline that the argument had deeply affected Demi.
"The girls have cut off all contact with Demi, and she is absolutely devastated by it. She has returned to work and is trying to hold herself together, but this is a really tough time for Demi,” they revealed.
"Rumer, Scout and Tallulah just don't want to deal with the drama at the moment," another insider claimed.
"Since breaking up with Ashton, Demi has been a mess. The girls were there for her through it all -- the split and the rehab but now they just feel like they need a little distance.”
They added: "Demi is just being very needy right now and the girls are tired of it, they want a mother not another little sister. They are all concerned that she is going to relapse and head back to rehab and they can't deal with the stress and worry of it."
