Having seen his One Direction bandmate Harry Styles work his magic on the older ladies, reports have now suggested that Niall Horan has the "hots" for 31 year-old Irish TV presenter Glenda Gilson.
According to Heat magazine, Glenda caught the attention of Niall, who has been linked to X Factor USA judge Demi Lovato on numerous occassions, when the boys were out in Dublin.
A source claimed: "He has the hots for her. He’d been having a few drinks with the band and, as the drinks flowed, he seemed increasingly determined to get Glenda out with him and his friends, but she was fast asleep."
Confirming that he had asked Gloria out, Niall recently told the publication:
"Yes, I had been trying to get hold of Glenda during the night, but she couldn’t come out in the end.
“It’s fine though – we’re good friends. We have a great craic together."
We're going to go with craic, meaning a laugh, no?
Joking about the reports of their union during the band's appearance on entertainment TV show Xpose, Glenda asked Niall: "“Did you not get yourself a woman last night?", leaving Niall to respond:
"No, I didn’t. You didn’t show up!"
However, the pair appear to be Twitter buddies after Glenda posted a few pictures of herself and Niall posing together, tweeting one picture with the caption:
"Looking good Cheeky."
