Songstress Taylor Swift spent all night making music with Ed Sheeran in Los Angeles, the American revealed.
The two young songwriters have a special relationship and have collaborated on the track 'Everything Has Changed'.
The blonde American, who is currently dating Connor Kennedy, had a brilliant time writing music with the British star.
She told The Sun: "We had both reached out to each other's camps at the same time. I showed up at his hotel in Arizona and we just wrote songs all day.
"Then he came and hung out at my house in LA and we spent all night sitting on the kitchen floor laughing, writing songs and harmonising."
Ed Sheeran is a new favourite of young musicians, having also written music for One Direction's new album.
"We have made other songs and we will put them out at different times," she added. "I love his songs so much - they're so beautiful. So when we ended up doing a duet, I was just so happy to have his voice on the record."
The pair have remained friends since working together, and Taylor even brought him a home-baked applie pie to a dinner party hosted by the BRIT award winner.
Taylor Swift describes 'Red' as a 'patchwork of emotions'.
