Lindsay Lohan is said to have snubbed estranged father Michael Lohan's attempt at an intervention.
It had been reported that Michael showed up at LiLo's house with a posse of helpers planning to take her to a rehab facility 100 miles away.
Lindsay allegedly refused to open the front door, and called the police.
Now TMZ, who first broke the story, have claimed to have heard that she is "steadfast", insisting she has not relapsed and is neither drinking nor on drugs.
She reportedly believes that her father's actions are based purely out of his own desire to get back into her good books, after she cut him off completely.
He had recorded a phone conversation with his daughter whilst she was in the middle of a steaming row with mother Dina.
Whether she is off the wagon or not, poor Lindsay's personal life certainly doesn't seem to be clearing itself up...
