Since giving birth to daughter Penelope on July 8 this year, Kourtney Kardashian has been determined to shift that extra baby weight and has now revealed that all she's had to do to get her pre-baby figure back is to 'eat healthily'. Looking good, Kourt!
The reality star has dropped all but 15 of the 45 pounds that she gained whilst pregnant, but has insisted that she hasn't done anything too drastic to get that hot bod back.
"When I'm here around the house, I just eat healthy," the petite brunette told Us Weekly of her diet post-Penelope.
"After I had Mason and was breastfeeding, I craved sweets, so I ate a box of Nilla Wafers a day. But I haven't done that this time."
Instead, the 33-year-old mother-of-two is snacking on edamame, a source revealed in the October 22 issue of the magazine.
And, mixed with an active and healthy lifestyle that involves some pretty hardcore workouts, it seems like Kourt is well on track to losing that last 15 pounds.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashian star's other half Scott Disick, who has relocated with Kourtney, their children and Kim to Miami while they shoot a spin-off series of their family reality show, is loving having a daughter and said that being a father has enhanced his life.
Talking to the publication, the 29-year-old said: “My son is my world and my daughter is my new world. So, it all combines. It’s pretty unbelievable starting another chapter in your life. It’s a lot better than not having children.”
Meanwhile, sister Kim Kardashian has told Us Weekly that she ‘feels bad’ for Scott because of all the negative attention he receives especially as he’s trying so hard.
“They are better than ever. I feel bad Scott gets such a bad rap,” she said.
“Good thing they’re too busy being parents to pay attention to nonsense!” While Kourtney reportedly said: “We’re good right now with how things are. We’re just trying to figure out our new life with two kids.”
Kourtney has put herself through some gruelling workouts to get that bod back!
