Cheryl Cole has revealed that she's known her new boyfriend dancer Tre Holloway for years, but the pair have been dating for just a few months, that hasn't stopped him allegedly getting a cute present.
The backing dancer, 28, was so keen to get the 53-year-old's seal of approval that he reportedly gave her a cross and chain that was engraved.
According to The Sun, the engraving read: "To Mam Love Tre".
Following Cheryl's public split from her ex-husband footballer Ashley Cole, Joan has been reportedly concerned about the men in Cheryl's life, but it seems that Tre's charming ways have won her over.
The newspaper reports that Tre also sent Joan a pampering day at a London spa as well as the chain.
Joan was even spotted at Cheryl's Newcastle party earlier this week that rounded off the Girls Aloud singer's 10-city tour, with the young couple.
A friend reportedly said: "It was a big public statement."
Cheryl was celebrating the release of her autobiography last week, but since Aimee Walton - the woman who sold a kiss and tell story about her night with Ashley Cole - recently claimed that she had a positive pregnancy test following their one night stand.
