Halle Berry's family court judge is reportedly ready to give its ruling on whether the actress can move to France with daughter Nahla and fiance Olivier Martinez.
The 46-year-old actress is currently battling with her ex-husband Gabriel Aubry over the custody of their four-year-old daughter Nahla.
Halle, who got engaged to French actor Olivier Martinez early this year, wants to move to France with Nahla but Gabriel Aubry is trying to block it, saying he is worried he would grow distant from his daughter.
TMZ is now reporting that the judge presiding over the case has come to a decision on the matter and has required that both parents come to court to hear the ruling in person.
Sources told the website that Halle is getting frustrated as she was hoping to move on with the man who makes her happy.
Halle Berry recently spoke about her fiance Martinez in an interview with InStyle magazine, as she said: "He's silly, a clown , and very much the life of the party, which is good for someone like me."
It seems like we could hear the judge's decision by the end of this week. Indeed, if Halle and Gabriel can arrange to go to the court at the same time, the judge could present its decision this Friday.
