Troubled child star Amanda Bynes has pleaded not guilty to two counts of driving on a suspended licence in during a heard in Burbank, Los Angeles, according to reports.

The actress, who also faces charges for two hit and run cases and one alleged DUI, was not present in court when the plea was entered. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for November 29.

If she is convicted of these offences the 'What A Girl Wants' star could face six months in jail, for the licence violations alone.

According to E! News Bynes' licence was suspended by the California Department of Motor Vehicles due to a number of unpaid traffic tickets. Her car was impounded on September 16th after being cited twice near Bob Hoe Airport in Burbank.

Following a difficult few months the star has relocated to New York where she is pursuing a career in fashion. Sources claim the actress is sick of Los Angeles, TMZ reports, and has no intention of ever returning to the City of Angels.
