It’s had a controversial start what with producer Richard Holloway being accused of influencing Louis Walsh’s decision on the first live show of the X Factor, but it hasn’t stopped the pair from stepping out for dinner together to potentially plan more ‘fixes’ with a ball gown clad Nicole Scherzinger in tow.
The talent show trio stepped out for some grub in Mayfair’s high-end eatery C London, and X Factor UK’s judges Nicole and Louis were spotted departing from the venue in the early hours of the morning after an evening with their show’s producer.
Nicole, 34, dressed up to the nines as she flashed a lot of leg in a thigh-high split abstract print gown featuring an off shoulder on one side and a long sheer sleeve on the other, but managed to pull it off with her toned figure and sun-kissed skin.
And to make matters saucier, the gown was detailed with a visible zip on the split, insinuating it could be completely undone as Nicole clung onto her modesty by gripping the dress whilst exiting a cab.

For her evening out, Nicole finished off the look with black sparkly court shoes and a heavy make-up look of shimmery khaki green eyeshadow, bronzed skin and nude lips, with her raven locks styled in natural, voluminous waves.
The new judge has been getting a lot of love from her UK fans since judging the popular talent contest, tweeting a snap of a box of truffles and Haribo she received from her Brit supporters with the caption: ''I love my UK fans!! Thanks guys!''
Louis was also seen leaving the London restaurant casually dressed in jeans and an open white shirt with a thin blazer, not taking things too seriously like his female counterpart, and was greeted by his biggest fans that were keen for a hug. He doesn’t look too happy, however…
