Peter Andre denies rumours that he cannot call Emily is girlfriend though claims they are not ready for marriage.
Despite going public this summer, Peter Andre had to set the record straight on the status of his relationship with the 23-year-old lovely brunette, amid rumours that the singer wouldn't refer to her as his girlfriend.
In his latest column for New! magazine he said: “There was a story last week claiming that I can't bring myself to call Emily my girlfriend because 'my past is holding me back'. Well, that's news to us.
"Of course she's my girlfriend, I call her my girlfriend all the time!”
It was also recently alleged that Peter Andre's mum is impatient for him to take things to the next level - understand, to put a ring on it – rumour which the singer, who divorced from Katie Price in 2009, strongly refutes in his column: “It was also reported that my mum is pushing us to get married, but again, it's a load of rubbish."
"No one is pushing us to get married – we've only been together for three months! We're very happy at the moment and she's an amazing girl, but all this marriage stuff is a bit much!”
