She might have been named the 'Sexiest Female On The Planet' by Esquire magazine, but Mila Kunis proved she is no diva when it comes to her appearance as she looked fresh faced and natural as she bought coffee in New York with boyfriend Ashton Kutcher yesterday. (Oct 9)
The 'Friends With Benefits' star looked relaxed as she wore jogging bottoms and a baggy hooded top, her brown hair scrapped back into a ponytail, with her boyfriend's arm wrapped round her.
The transformation from her topless Esquire cover is quite stark, but in the magazine interview Mila makes clear her career and personal life are poles apart and that she'd never let “the hype” of Hollywood get to her.
“What I do and who I am are two different things. And they always will be,” she told Esquire.
“What happens with people is they lose sight of who they are, and they become either who they want to be or who they are perceived to be. But whatever it is, it is no longer who they are.”
Unlike other stars Mila is seldom dressed up just to pick up coffee, teetering in sky scrapper heels or tight skirts as she goes about her daily life. It is quite a change for Ashton, who was married to high maintenance Demi Moore.
The actress, reportedly spent £200,000 on plastic surgery to revamp her body in 2003 for 'Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle'.
Mila makes it clear though, she won't let Hollywood influence her personal life.
“So much of who you are in this industry is based on what that critic says, what that director says, what that actor says,” she explains. “People start believing all that, and they become what everybody else wants them to be.”
“And I think that I’ve consciously separated my two lives.”
Admitting to leaving the movie star at work Mila added: “I love what I do. I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. But when I’m done with work, I’m done with work.”
“I think that if I bought into the hype, I would lose all sight of who I am, and so much of who I am is what my parents went through and instilled in me. And I never want to lose that. Ever.” “Because I would be so disappointed if I didn’t make them proud.”
Mila is pretty down to earth when it comes to Hollywood, luckily dressed up or down she looks amazing. We think her laid back attitude makes us love her even more!
