X Factor judge, Tulisa Contostavlos has admitted that she thinks R'n'B band MK1, who are mentored by Louis Walsh, could be the 'dark horses' within this year's X Factor competition, after being praised by the four judges for their performance of 'Champion/Everyone's a Winner' this weekend.
Speaking to Jade Thirwall, a member of last year's winner Little Mix, on spin-off show The Xtra Factor, Tulisa admitted that the dynamic duo could go far in the competition.
After Louis Walsh pointed out that he's going for Jahmene Douglas, Tulisa then too admitted that Douglas was a "strong contender".

When asked if they believe having N-Dubz member Tulisa as their mentor would benefit them more, MK1 said: “I think Tulisa would do a really, really good job.
“However Louis is, like, experienced, and the way he understood when we went for that 'Champion' song as well, he just clicked and knew it would work for us, so I don't think it would be an issue having Tulisa or Louis.”
