Single Rebecca Ferguson 'Happy Without Zayn Malik'

X Factor graduate Rebecca Ferguson has insisted that she's "happy and single" after breaking up with One Direction star Zayn Malik earlier this year.

The 'Nothing's Real But Love' hitmaker, has been concentrating on her solo career following the success of her debut album and she briefly dated the 1D star but called time on the relationship.

Now, Rebecca has revealed that she's comfortable without a man in her life, concentrating on her two children and career.

According to BangShowbiz, Rebecca said: "I'm single and happy. When I'm in a relationship I fall hard and it distracts me. Like right now, I'd just be sitting here texting them when I should be working."

But, while Rebecca thinks that she's happy on her own, there is one man who has caught her eye and that is 'Drive' hotty Ryan Gosling.

Talking about the Canadian actor, she said: "My ideal man would be Ryan Gosling - that body! I like the athletic look. But it's not about looks for me, really. I always go for someone with a good heart."

Of Zayn, who is now dating Little Mix star Perrie Edwards, Rebecca admitted that they never speak to each other but she wants the best for him.

"I don't ever speak to Zayn. But I wish him well," she said.
