Following the topless photo scandal that rocked the Royals last month, Kate Middleton and Prince William are taking no chances with their next holiday- they're reportedly planning a winter getaway to an island that bans photographers!

According to The Mirror, Kate and Wills are planning a trip to the private island of Mustique where paps are banned.  The couple are said to be taking extra precautions with their holiday plans since getting caught out by a photographer whilst visiting France this summer. Topless pics of the Duchess were published in a number of foreign magazines.

The exclusive Caribbean hideaway of Mustique sounds like it could be the perfect place for the Duke and Duchess to put the nightmare behind them. The popular destination is a favourite with Kate Moss and is famed for it's privacy.

It even has royal connections as Princess Margaret built a house there in the 1960s. An insider told the paper:

"It's the one place in the world they can be guaranteed privacy. Everyone staying there will keep their discretion. They'll finally be able to relax and enjoy a holiday without worrying about being snapped."

The royal couple have visited the isolated island before with Kate's old boss John Robinson, owner of clothing store Jigsaw, lending them his luxury pad in 2006 but it is not known if they will be staying there this time.

William and Kate are suing French Closer magazine which first printed pictures of Kate sunbathing topless on private grounds in the Luberon region of Provence.
