That's A LOT Of Little Monsters! Lady Gaga Passes 30 Million Twitter Followers

She's averaging 30,000 new fans a day

Lady Gaga's Twitter account is the first ever to pass 30 million followers - amassing a huge average of 30,000 new Little Monsters a day.

The 'Born This Way' hitmaker remains the most popular person on the micro-blogging site, ahead of Justin Bieber with 28.5 million followers and Katy Perry with 27.7 million.

Rihanna ranks in fourth with 26.1 million fans, whilst Britney Spears rounds out the Top 5 with 20.8 million.

Seven of the site's Top 10 stars are pop artists, with only Kim Kardashian, Barack Obama and the YouTube account holding up from other areas.

RiRi is still on top on both Facebook and YouTube.
