Mariah Carey is not going to let her recent bust-up with Nicki Minaj ‘faze’ her because she’s seen and dealth with “much worse”, according to an insider.
The American Idol fight, which was secretly filmed and leaked online, shows fellow judge Nicki spouting off expletives in the direction of Mariah in a furious rant.
But, now a ‘friend’ of Mariah has told People magazine that this clash will be put far from her mind.
"She's not going to let this faze her now - the outbursts won't faze her,” they said. "She'll handle [it] with poise and grace. Mariah has dealt with far worse in her career."

Producers reportedly called an end to filming for the day after the pair clashed on set over a contestant, but while Nicki was calling Mariah “boring as f***” and saying “off with your head”, Mariah seemed to keep it cool.
While Barbara Walters spoke on The View yesterday, claiming that she had spoken with Mariah who had told her that people had heard Nicki threaten to shoot her, Mariah’s husband has now insisted that he’s not worried about this fight.
"My wife is the strongest and classiest woman that I've ever met, if you watch the video, she just maintains her composure ... I don't think she's moved by the theatrics and pageantry of it all,” he told Access Hollywood.
"She signed up to do a job to help young people. This is like a sidebar. I hope that's not what this show becomes, about the catfights."
