Lady Gaga does love to get her body out so it's no surprise when the singer posed topless alongside fashion designer Donatella Versace for celebrity photographer Terry Richardson.
The singer, who was in Milan for the the European leg of her 'Born This Way Ball' tour, stopped by to see Donatella at her fashion headquarters earlier this week.
The photo shows Gaga attempting to covering her breasts with her arm as she stands beside Donatella at her brother Gianni's apartment.

During her stay in Milan, the American star also channeled Liz Hurley, when she wore the actress' famous safety pin dress for an evening out.
The 26-year-old 'Born This Way' singer has been gracing the FROW's of numerous Milan Fashion Week shows and wasn't shy about her demonstrative love for Versace, having snaps taken with Donatella herself and being spotted in numerous outfits from the Italian brand this week

And when Gaga stepped out earlier this week wearing a black ensemble fastened together with safety pins.
Gaga was photographed outside the Prinicpe Savoia hotel in Milan wearing the exact same Versace gown that made the headlines back in 1994 when Liz accompanied Hugh Grant to the Four Weddings and a Funeral movie premiere.
The singer and Richardson have been close friends for many years after the photographer accompanied her on her world tour back in 2010. His personal collection of images and memorable moments of the singer were later featured in his best-selling book 'Gaga by Terry Richardson'.
