X Factor judge Tulisa has revealed the real reason why she split up with boyfriend and fellow N-Dubz star Fazer, after he refused to take a lie-detector test to prove he hadn’t cheated on her with Chloe Green.
The 24-year-old became suspicious of her then-boyfriend, and demanded that he took a test to prove that he hadn’t done the dirty with Topshop heiress Chloe Green.
Tulisa even admits in her autobiography that she became the ‘ghetto Miss Marple’ and had the pair followed after they were reportedly seen leaving a nightclub together.
Tulisa and Fazer, who had barely confirmed that they were an item in public, were pictured enjoying a rather PDA-packed holiday in the Maldives, and that’s where Tulisa recalls being fed up of arguing.
“It had drained me to the point of submission, and I wanted out,” Tulisa writes, according to Now magazine. “'Fazer knew something was wrong. I didn't want to have sex with him or get too close to him and we were more like mates than lovers.”
She continues: “There was nothing I could do about it. I barely had anything left in me to give.
“When we arrived back in London I moved in with Gareth [Varey, her PA] temporarily, telling Fazer I needed a bit of space away for a while. I don't know, maybe I thought I might miss him and want to give us one last chance.”
Tulisa, who is sitting on the judging panel for her second season of the X Factor this year, continued: “Within days of me moving out, however, there were press stories about him and Sir Philip Green's daughter Chloe out on the town together.
“When one of my mates called me after spotting Fazer and Chloe coming out of a club together one night, I asked my friend to follow them.”
She added: “Yep, ghetto Miss Marple was on the case one final time! Later that night, my friend sent me a picture of them going into Chloe's building together, which I then sent straight to Fazer.”

In her book, Tulisa reveals that Fazer claimed that he’d left a phone charger at Chloe’s house but the judge wouldn’t accept it and ended their relationship. This led to Fazer allegedly calling Tulisa a “psychopath”.
Tulisa claims she tried to give Fazer another chance, but only if he agreed to taking a lie detector test.
"If you'll take a lie detector test and you're telling the truth, I'll give you a chance. Otherwise, we're finished. I can't trust you any more. It's a lie detector test or I'm gone! “It may sound crazy, but I had to follow my instincts. As I suspected, he wouldn't do the test.”
