Seeing JLS' Marvin Humes at bootcamp must have been a blast from the past for X Factor finalist Jade Ellis, who has revealed that she dated Marvin when they were 15 years-old.
This season's hopeful has reportedly revealed that she dated the singer, who is now married to The Saturdays' Rochelle Wiseman, when they took part in a talent show.
Jade, who is now openly gay told LOOK magazine: "I met Marvin from JLS when we were 12 because we both sang in local talent competitions.
"By the time we were 15 we fancied each other but were both so shy we wouldn’t talk to each other so our friends passed on messages. We had a long distance relationship from the other side of the room."

However, Jade revealed that she didn't think her romance with Marvin would have gone any further, adding: "Not really. I've always known that I didn't really like boys!"
Admitting that the reaction to her coming out as gay wasn't positive, the finalist who will be being mentored by Tulisa Contostavlos alongside Ella Henderson and Lucy Spraggan, said:
"I was about 18. I've had very ignorant people shout out 'lesbian' in the street, but it's not a derogatory thing to me. I'm a lesbian. I just have to teach my daughter (Cayden, six) that not everybody uses the brain they were born with."
