In a shock announcement last week, Lady Gaga hit back at weight critics as she admitted that she's suffered from eating disorders since she was 15.
The singer shared on her Little Monster’s website a series of photos where she displays her highly criticized body in lingerie, while making a heart breaking confession.
"[I've battled] bulimia and anorexia since I was 15," Lady Gaga wrote in the caption where she stands facing the camera with her eyes closed.
Gaga’s body revolution comes after the harsh criticism the singer has received since revealing in a radio interview with Elvis Duran she “gained, like, 25 pounds” in the duration of five weeks between tour dates.

The singer passed along some wisdom via Twitter from the iconic beauty Marilyn Monroe: "To all the girls who think you're ugly because you're not a size 0, you're the beautiful ones. It's society who's ugly.”
Gaga then added how much she appreciates her fans unbiased opinion of her body image: "Thank you to my fans who love me no matter what and know the meaning of real beauty and compassion. I really love you."
Lady Gaga joins singer's like Adele, who have been battling the on going pressure from the media over her weight since she emerged on the music scene.
