Joe Swash, who plays Mickey Miller in the dire soap that Eastenders has been allowed to return home after he was admitted to hospital over the weekend after falling ill.
The cause of his illness is mysteriously unknown, a spokesperson for the soap has declined to comment and has simply said that Swash's family will release more details soon, they did however reveal that the illness was a private matter�.
It is believed that Swash�s illness was directly related to his brain. After it was reported that the actors face became paralysed rumours that he may of contracted meningitis have spread.
A source close to the actor told the Daily Record: "It's very serious."
"It was sheer panic. One minute, Joe was fine and the next there was a huge commotion.
"His mother was panicking and bundled him into her car before screaming off down the road."
