She is known for her eccentric style just as much as her music, and now it appears that after conquering the charts as well as our TV screens on The Voice UK, Jessie J has set her eyes on the fashion industry.
The 24-year-old Who You Are hitmaker is renowned for her unique and flamboyant style including printed jumpsuits, Boy London garms and garish jackets, and now it looks as though Jessie thinks she’s got more to give in terms of fashion, aspiring to create clothes alongside Stella McCartney – one of Britain’s highly esteemed designers.
Up for the Designer of the Year Award at the British Fashion Awards this November, Jessie doesn’t exactly aim low when it comes to picking her counterparts, and plans to collaborate with the current leading designer in the UK, who triumphed with her Olympics kit at the London Games 2012.
Jessie spilled to Elle magazine: "I just spoke to her [Stella McCartney] and we're hopefully going to work together soon.
"She's an incredible designer. There's one playsuit, black, white gold belted . . . I'm definitely growing into fashion."
Jessie has changed up her look in recent months after ditching her stylist and going for a more demure look, even losing the raven block fringe and bob, and appears on the front cover of the fashion magazine with her newly long sleek locks in a dead straight style, complimenting her icy complexion.

The Do It Like A Dude songstress appears to be shunning her former androgynous look of sneakers, disco pants and crop tops for a stunning black lace leotard emblazoned with gold embroidery, adding a touch of elegance to her new image.
Jessie even admits to now finding her place in fashion, revealing that she wants to embrace her feminine side a little more.
She said: "That really scary, spiky, cartoony kind of thing, that was me two or three years ago.’’
"Now, I'm definitely more embracing of myself as a woman and my sexuality and just being a bit more feminine," Jessie explained.
"I've always wanted to look like this, but it didn't grab people's attention. And in the beginning you've always got to do something that's going to make people go, "Who's that?’’’’
The star tweeted a flick of her new Elle cover, captioning the shot: ''My Elle cover November issue :)''
We’re glad to hear that Jessie’s outrageous style was just a phase, and we can’t wait to see what she produces with Stella!
