We all know the pressure has been on in terms of boosting those X Factor viewers recently and it seems like one person has found the pressure especially hard, with judge Gary Barlow saying that he's 'come close to quitting'.
The Take That star has spoken out about how he found it especially hard to cope last year as a mentor to the young hopefuls, and has said that you just have to "try and stay on board".
"I did come close to quitting. It was hard. When you become part of this machine, you're on something that's moving and you've got to try and stay on board," Gary told The Sun.
The judge went on to reveal that his unhappiest moments often came on Sunday nights when he would feel extremely nervous if one of his acts found themselves in the bottom two.
"You'd watch this spaceship swirling around knowing that millions of people are watching and it was out of your hands," Gary added.
However, the good news is that Gary has been given the over- 28s category so things may be a little less stressful this year. But, who knows? We may get thrown yet another Frankie Cocozza for Gazza to deal with!

Meanwhile, Mr. Cowell himself recently made a comeback on the show in a bid to boost ratings. Cowell, 52, did not appear at all during last year's run, won by Little Mix.
He did, however, make a satellite link on The Xtra Factor following Amelia Lily's elimination on the night of the Wembley final. And Simon may be making even more appearances on the talent show to put even more stress on Gary no doubt...watch this space.
