As one of the biggest stars in the world, its no wonder that Katy Perry was swamped by fans on her recent visit to Tokyo, Japan, to promote her movie documentary Katy Perry: Part Of Me.
The 26-year-old Firework singer dazzled her fans in Japan today when she attended the premiere of her new flick, looking incredible in a prom style frock.
And despite allegedly having her heart trodden on by celeb playboy John Mayer, Katy put a beaming smile across her face in the Toho Cinemas at the Roppongi Hills District in Tokyo, where the crowds burst into screams and tears just at the mere sight of the singer.
Katy took the time to meet and greet her beloved supporters and even posed for snaps with them, wowing them in her abstract cloudy print summer dress which kicked out at the waist to create a prom style silhouette.

The unusual dress featured pastel blue, mauve and brown hues, the singer teaming it with a pair of towering purple sandals. She wore her trademark raven hair in a curly, bob style and donned a fresh make-up look of nude lips and natural complexion, with a little help from false lashes.
The singer looked happy and confident as she posed for snaps to promote the movie, and tweeted before the event: "Excited to hang out with my Japanese fans tonight & FINALLY premiere my movie PART OF ME! Saved the best for last of course...''
