In between 'love tweets' to ex-boyf Chris Brown, Rihanna has actually managed to promote her new single 'Diamonds' on the social networking site, revealing her latest artwork for all fans to see last night (September 24) ahead of the first play of the single tomorrow. How exciting!
The song is set to make its world premiere on the radio tomorrow (September 26) but ahead of this first play, Ri has posted the artwork online (see below), which sees the star holding a rolling paper full of diamonds. Typical!
The Bajan star is known for her partying ways so the 'cigarette-inspired' cover seems rather fitting, doesn't it?
The raunchy singer spoke to Z-100 radio host Elvis Duran about the upcoming track, saying "The lyrics are very hopeful and positive, but it's about love and the gears are a little different from what people would expect."

She then added, "I'm excited to surprise them sonically. It's laid-back but it's hopeful. It's a record that... gives me such a great feeling when I listen to it."
It's hard to believe that Ri's next album will be her SEVENTH and 'Diamonds' will be the first single to be lifted off of the upcoming LP.
And in support of the eagerly-anticipated release, the singer is also going to embark on her 'Diamonds World Tour', which kicks off in Buffalo, NYC on March 8.
We can't wait to see what Rihanna has in store for us!
