Modern Family star Eric Stonestreet has joked Halle Berry “isn't speaking too him” as she is angry over claims he is dating another Hollywood beauty Charlize Theron.
The actor, who surprised everyone when he was linked to the 'Snow White and The Huntsman' beauty, told E! News the rumours were causing problems for him.
"She was so cold to me this morning when she saw these rumours. It was just quiet - knife and fork on the plate,” he joked.
"Halle and I weren't speaking at all. And I'm like, 'Halle, listen! It's just a rumour. It's not real!' "
The comedian made the joke as he attended the Emmy Awards in the US on Sunday night in an effort to avoid the awkward questions about his private life.
Eric broke up with his long term girlfriend Katherine Tokarz earlier this month and according to sources, has since been romancing Charlize.

A source told the Sunday Mail: "Charlize and Eric get along incredibly well.
"They started off as friends but things are blossoming between them."
The insider added: "Eric is down to earth and funny and Charlize thinks the world of him. It’s early days but they’re very fond of each other."
Charlize, who adopted baby Jackson earlier this year, has been single since splitting with boyfriend of nine years Stuart Townsend.
