Kate Middleton is reportedly pregnant with not just one baby, but two. Yup. According to sources, the Duchess of Cambridge is expecting twins with hubby Prince William - and they've apparently got the facts to back it up.
It's tough being Kate Middleton, isn't it? The poor girl can't even enjoy a glass of water without pregnancy rumours surfacing and, now, it seems as if the fact she's SMILING in her topless honeymoon photos is hard evidence for her expecting twins.
Sources have explained to Star magazine that Kate recently visited a "baby doctor" (is that an actual thing?) and was informed that, yes, she was expecting twins:
"Kate visited her Harley Street baby doctor in late August... She'd already had an hCG test done, and her hormone level indicated twins!"
The magazine had already revealed that Kate was pregnant in a cover story not long ago, citing a passionate night between her and Prince William as the cause (well, duh!).
And, according to Star, William's innocent reply to the fateful "How many children would you like?" question - "I'm thinking, about two." - was not as innocent as we'd have first believed.
Add this to her "highly unusual" affinity for water, rather than champagne, on the Diamond Jubilee Tour and you have a water-tight (ha!) argument for Kate being preggers with double the amount of babies you'd expect.
One of Kate's relatives happily told the magazine that they are very excited about the (not confirmed and very unlikely) happy news:
"If the duchess is the first in the family with twins, it'll be wonderful."
Star came under fire from critics for appearing to photoshop a picture of Middleton to give her a "baby bump".
