When Karl Lagerfeld claimed this week that Carole Middleton was sexier than daughters Pippa and Kate we were surprised then curious – is mumma Middleton the hottest member of her family, beating out beautiful Kate and booytlicious Pippa?
Well, we turned to the ever reliable Entertainmentwise readers to find out and you have literally been voting in your thousands, and the winner, boasting a whopping 53% is future Queen Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge.
The shiny locked, long legged and continuously smiling wife of Prince William is your clear winner, proving why last year at the royal wedding Kate was the bride and Pippa was the bridesmaid.
Kate doesn't need to be overly sexy, dressing conservatively for public appearances but it's pretty hard to hide that killer smile and that cute giggle. No wonder Prince Harry always seems to be whispering in her ear, he can't resist her charm either.

While we were all disgusted by the topless photographs of the Duchess taken earlier this month while on a private holiday, it showed that not only does she have the charm, but she has quite the toned and tanned body too!
Coming in second, in perhaps a surprise placing is Kate's dad Michael. The quietest member of the Middleton family, Michael is a low key kind of guy but with three super hot children it's not surprising that he is a bit of a dish. We think the business man from Berkershire is a bit of a silver fox, and with 23% of you voting for him – you clearly do too!
Coming in third is 57 year-old Carole, who despite nearing 60, still gives her daughters a run for their money in the style stakes. Even the creative director of Chanel, Karl Lagerfeld has noticed.
He told Grazia magazine: "I think Carole is very sexy. I think the mother is sexier than the daughters. "There is something full of life about her. For a woman who must be 50 or so, I think she's great. Full of energy."
Surprisingly, 28 year-old Pippa, who caused quite a stir in her figure hugging white bridesmaids' dress at the royal wedding last year, came in fourth with a disappointing 12%. We're not sure why Pippa's popularity appears to have plummeted we think she's tops!
