Last night the UK�s best cage fighter, Lee Murray was stabbed through the heart during a brawl outside the birthday of page 3 model Lauren Pope.
Pope's 22nd birthday was taking place at the Funky Buddha club in London�s West End when Murray was stabbed repeatedly in the chest during a frenzied knife attack.
According to reports in the Sun, Murray has already been proclaimed dead twice and friends fear that he may not survive.
Witnesses have said that there was �blood everywhere� and that �It was like a scene from The Krays.�
A fight seemed to have kicked off as guests left the party involving between 25 to 30 people. Innocent party goers were caught up in the violence and in Murray�s case this may have been fatal.
Murray�s manager Andy Geer has said: �I am so shocked. Lee is a phenomenal athlete who is hugely popular. He is our biggest star. More than that, he is a close friend, a gentleman and a family man,�
Murray had been preparing for a fight at Wembley which was scheduled to be shown on TV.
As well as taking part in cage fighting championships in the UK, Murray was also popular in America for his participation in their Ultimate Fighting tournaments.
