Heidi Klum is considering filing a lawsuit over topless photos that were published of her; reportedly "comparing" her plight to that of Kate Middleton.
Ther model was photographed on holiday in the south of France with her new bodyguard beau when she was snapped without a bikini top on. The topless photos have since appeared on several websites. Now insiders are claiming that the mother of four is hoping to take legal action against whoever first published the pictures.

The story of course echoes that of Kate Middleton, who's lawyers this week successfully secured an injunction against any further publication of topless pics of the Duchess in French Closer magazine.
Back to Heidi and a source has told TMZ:
"The supermodel's camp is on the hunt for the source publication... claiming her right to privacy was violated because she was on a private and secluded beach at the time the pics were taken,"
"Heidi is comparing her situation to that of Kate Middleton."
TMZ reports that Heidi wants to sue but realises "she might have better luck if she waits for Kate to blaze the legal trail."
It looks like Heidi could be spending a lot of time in court in the coming months as she also battles her ex Seal in their ongoing divorce...
