The singer may be heavily pregnant with her second child but that hasn't stopped her from partying with her mates. The singer went out for dinner last night (September 19) at The Groucho Club, in central London with her famous pals TV presenter Miquita Oliver and Stereophonics front man Kelly Jones.
Lily hid the growing baby bump underneath a large coat with a green blouse underneath as she wandered around the streets of London.
The 'Smile' singer hinted back in July that she could be expecting on Twitter, but nothing was confirmed until her actor father Keith Allen answered the all important question on a TV show that she was expecting.
When asked about her reported pregnancy during an interview on This Morning he said: "Yes, she is pregnant." It will be the second child for Lily and her husband Sam Cooper, who she married last summer.
A source told The Sun: "I think everyone is a bit surprised they've decided to have another baby so quickly.
"But they are great parents and absolutely devoted to Ethel. The pair of them are just delighted they've got another one on the way.
"They're such a happy family with Ethel. This is really great news."
Lily recently returned to the studio after a long break from the music business but it looks like she might have to delay it even more with the arrival of another baby. It will be the singer's fourth pregnancy having miscarried twice before welcoming baby Ethel.
