Danish weekly magazine, Se og Hoer, is set to publish topless pictures of Kate Middleton, becoming the fourth publication to do so after the Duchess of Cambridge was snapped sun bathing at a remote villa in the Provence region of France as she enjoyed a private holiday with her husband Prince William.
According to the BBC the editor of the magazine, Kim Henningsen confirmed that the photos will be published in a 16 page spread to show Denmark "what these photos are all about."
The mag will become the fourth publication behind French Closer magazine, the Irish Daily Star and Italian Chi magazine to publish the grainy long lensed snaps of the 30 year-old in a private moment.
They do so despite the royal's tough stance when it comes to the photographs. They have already obtained an injunction banning any further publications of the photos in France and have launched criminal proceedings in the country.
The editor of the Irish Daily Star has also been suspended in light of his decision to run the pictures as shareholders discuss the paper's future.
This morning French police raided the headquarters of French Closer magazine according to the MailOnline as they continue their investigation.

Police reportedly confirmed they were looking for information “which might lead to the identity” of the paparazzi responsible. If successful with the criminal case the editor of French Closer and the photographer, who so far has remained anonymous could be jailed.
